Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All our products are made to order – please ensure you check the size charts before ordering to ensure you order the correct size. Refunds or exchanges will generally not be accepted for sizing errors.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with our team within 30 days of product delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a free replacement.

In order to receive a replacement, please:
– Send us a digital photo or photos of the item, clearly showing the nature of the issue, within 30 days of the product being delivered. Email hq@x-faf.com. We will notify you with any further requirements at the time of your report.
– Shirts/Merch must be RETURNED to X-FAF in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Exceptions

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:
– Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
– Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size/color instead
– Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hq@x-faf.com and send your item to:

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
